Every day, they manage the flow of goods, funds, and information in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.
You will support our client as Customer Service Representative, by helping customers over the telephone and via email, with any queries they may have about products or services and also dealing with complaints. It is about providing the best customer experience possible

    • Answer inbound calls from customers
  • Processing pick up orders
  • Providing shipping information and quotations
  • Tracing packages and requesting proof of delivery
  • Assisting customer's needs by ordering supplies, issuing messages and complaints
  • Effective use of systems and functions
  • Accurate and legible completion of relevant paperwork and forms
  • Adhere to processes and procedures
