Job description

Our customer is one of the most important developers and distributors of entertainment software. Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience e-mail and chat. Part of your daily activities will be:

  • German-speaking customer support via email and chat;
  • Assistance with questions about the account and payment transactions;
  • Solving difficulties with registration;
  • Restore and change emails and phone numbers, and other account information;
  • Processing hacked accounts and restoring characters;
  • Processing questions about the reward program;
  • Answer questions about tokens and pre-paid game cards;
  • Processing any inquiries about payments;
  • Processing of refunds;
  • Professional management of customer data.
